Committees
All committees are comprised of downtown business members and stakeholders who volunteer their time for the benefit of the membership using various tools including the Downtown Kingston! B.I.A. Strategic Plan to guide any recommendations for Board approval.
The five most active committees that meet on a regular basis, throughout the year, are:
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Represented by 6-8 Board members, the mandate of the Executive Committee is to review various projects as per the Downtown Kingston! Strategic Plan and report findings to the Board for discussion and decisions.

MARKETING TASK FORCE
The Marketing Task Force is a focused group of downtown members that use a variety of tools to "implement customer-driven programmes that effectively market Downtown Kingston!". The committee oversees/reviews all marketing programs and makes recommendations to the Board of Management.
