Santa Parade Winners!

The Santa Parade Committee is pleased to announce the winners of the awards for the 2016 Nighttime Santa Parade. "It’s always hard to pick out the ‘best’ from the parade. Every float is incredible in its own way," said Elizabeth Savill, volunteer chair of the Judge’s Committee. "The caliber of entries in the nighttime parade just keeps getting better and better!"

This year’s parade was blessed with enthusiastic floats, bands and volunteers. Crowds were estimated to be well over 20,000. The parade included over 65 entries with a variety of themes and ended on a magical note as a huge crowd gathered at Springer Market Square to watch Santa and Mrs. Claus, along with Mayor Paterson, turn the lights on the Christmas tree and kick off the holiday season.
