If you haven't been in you must go - his friendly demeanour and  carefully curated shop will leave you wanting more!

What is your favourite thing about downtown Kingston?

Downtown Kingston rules! The people, the shop owners, the food - its all great! Every day the shop sees new faces from all over the world. It’s literally one of best downtowns that I have ever seen and it’s only getting better.

What’s your favourite product/service that you offer?

We offer hundreds of different products and we are the best skateboard maintenance in town. My favourite product in the shop would have to be our shop decks, and then of course shoes. You can never have enough shoes haha.

What is your background?

I was born and raised in Belleville Ontario. When I was eighteen I started my skateboard shop out of a van. I was basically like a pizza delivery guy but with skateboards haha. It was a cool idea at the time but I knew if I ever wanted to make money I would need an actual store. After running the shop for a few years I decided to sell everything off and try my passion in photography. Traveling the world for years as a working photographer I then decided to move back to Belleville in 2007 to re-open the shop. In 2013, I decided it was time for a change and relocated the business to Kingston.

Coffee or tea?

Coffee, but David’s Tea is damn good!

Favourite food?

Mexican and Cambodian Village

Best concert you’ve seen?

Beastie Boys & Wu-Tang
